1 Pupil Safety and Violence Prevention; Report by Superintendent. Amend RSA 193-F:4, II(l) to read as follows:

(l) A requirement that the principal or designee report all substantiated incidents of bullying or cyberbullying to the superintendent or designee. The superintendent shall monthly report all substantiated incidents of bullying or cyberbullying to the school board of each school district or the board of trustees of a chartered public school.

2 Repeal. RSA 193-F, II(i), relative to granting a waiver for notification of bullying incidents, is repealed.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
