METHODOLOGY:

This bill stipulates that individuals age 18 to 21 who would otherwise be able to receive services under RSA 171-A shall be eligible to receive those services upon graduation from high school.  The Department of Health and Human Services states that the existing RSA 171-A:1-a appears to already provide for services in this circumstance.  Accordingly, the Department states it is unclear the extent to which the bill would impact service provision and associated costs.
