1 Lucky 7 Ticket Prices. Amend RSA 287-E:20, II to read as follows:
II. The price of any lucky 7 ticket pack or ticket card shall not exceed $.50 .
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

II. The price of any lucky 7 ticket pack or ticket card shall be either $.50 or $1, provided that at any location where a charitable organization offers $1 tickets for sale the charitable organization shall also offer $.50 tickets for sale .
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
