1 Right-to-Know Law; Minutes and Records Available for Public Inspection. Amend RSA 91-A:4, VII to read as follows:
VII. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require a public body or agency to compile, cross-reference, or assemble information into a form in which it is not already kept or reported by that body or agency.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2021.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to allow an incarcerated individual the right to in-person inspection of any governmental document stored outside the correctional facility.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2021.
