STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
AN ACT relative to food in cigar shops.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 On-Premises Cigar, Beverage, and Liquor License; Food Service Allowed. Amend RSA 178:20-a, II(d) to read as follows:
(d) Does not allow cigarette smoking [or service of food] on the premises.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
