STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

 

AN ACT relative to information submitted to the department of business and economic affairs regarding recruitment.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Department of Business and Economic Affairs; Public Disclosure of Business Recruitment and Expansion Information.  Amend RSA 12-O:4-a by inserting after section 4 the following new section:

12-O:4-a  Disclosure of Business Recruitment and Expansion Information.  Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, information submitted to the department by an individual or business for the purpose of business recruitment and expansion shall be exempt from the provisions of RSA 91-A.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
