STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
AN ACT amending the eligibility criteria for obtaining a part-time commercial lobster and crab license.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Lobsters and Crabs; Licenses. Amend RSA 211:18, III(d) to read as follows:
(d) [Any individual wishing to engage in the commercial taking of lobster and crab may] Any individual who possessed a valid part-time commercial lobster and crab license prior to April 29, 2019 shall be eligible to receive a part-time commercial lobster and crab license and shall purchase such license in each calendar year in order to remain eligible to purchase such license in subsequent years, except as otherwise provided in subparagraphs (e)(1) and (2).
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
