STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Docking Permits; Waiver Available. Amend RSA 482-A:3, XIII by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraph:
(e) The commissioner may waive the requirements of this paragraph for seasonal docks on parcels with at least 25 feet of water frontage upon written request of the parcel owner. In deciding whether to grant the waiver, the commissioner shall consider public health and safety, effects of the dock on water quality, and the character of the community.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
