STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

 

AN ACT relative to the New Hampshire granite advantage health care trust fund.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  The New Hampshire Granite Advantage Health Care Trust Fund.  Amend RSA 126-AA:3, I(e)-(g) to read as follows:

(e)  Funds received from the assessment under RSA 404-G; and

(f)  Funds recovered or returnable to the fund that were originally spent on the cost of coverage of the granite advantage health care program[; and

(g)  Gifts, grants, and donations].

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
