1 New Section; Nursing Home Facilities. Amend RSA 151 by inserting after section 12-b the following new section:

151:12-c Placement in Nursing Home Facilities. A resident of New Hampshire requiring nursing home care shall not be placed in any out-of-state facility which does not meet the requirements of this chapter and other standards of care under New Hampshire law.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2021.
