STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Powers of Health Maintenance Organizations. Amend RSA 420-B:7 by inserting after paragraph X the following new paragraph:
XI. The power to act as a health care insurer as defined in RSA 420-C:2, IV only when offering a Medicare Advantage plan in accordance with 42 U.S.C. sections 1395w-21 through1395w-29.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
