1 Repeal. RSA 679, relative to the housing appeals board, is repealed.

2 Salary. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) as follows:

Delete:

DD housing appeals board member

DD housing appeals board chair

3 Lapse of Appropriation to General Fund. On the effective date of this section, any balance remaining in the appropriation to 2019, 346:262 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, shall lapse to the general fund.

4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020, at 12:01 a.m.
