Floor Amendment to HB 1-A
Amend the bill by inserting after section 12 the following and renumbering the original sections 13-14 to read as 14-15, respectively:
13 Reimbursement Rate. From the amounts appropriated in account 05-95-048-482010-2154, the department of health and human services shall provide a 5 percent rate increase to facilities providing intermediate care for the intellectually disabled. Said rate increase shall be effective July 1, 2021.
