Floor Amendment to HB 1-A
Amend the bill by inserting after section 12 the following and renumbering the original sections 13-14 to read as 14-15, respectively:
13 Child Welfare; Appropriation.
I. In addition to any other funds appropriated, the sum of $1,200,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2023, is hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services, account 05-95-90-902010-7047, community collaboration.
II. In addition to any other funds appropriated, the sum of $900,000 for the biennium ending June 30, 2023, is hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services, account 05-95-90-902010-5896, home visiting formula grant.
III. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
