Floor Amendment to HB 1-A
Amend the bill by inserting after section 12 the following and renumbering the original sections 13-14 to read as 14-15, respectively:
13 Reimbursement Rate. From the amounts appropriated in account 05-95-048-482010-2154, the department of health and human services shall provide a 5 percent rate increase to the Cedarcrest Center for Children with Disabilities, the state’s sole facility providing intermediate care for the intellectually disabled. Said rate increase shall be effective July 1, 2021.
