Floor Amendment to HB 1-A
Amend the bill by inserting after section 12 the following and renumbering the original sections 13 and 14 to read as 14 and 15, respectively:
13 Department of Health and Human Services; Appropriation. In addition to any other sums appropriated, $220,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 and $220,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 are hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services, division of public health, accounting unit 05-95-90-902010-5608, class 102, for the purpose of funding tobacco prevention and cessation programs to address adolescent e-cigarette use.
