Floor Amendment to HB 1-A
Amend the bill by inserting after section 12 the following and renumbering the original sections 13-14 to read as 14-15, respectively:
13 Appropriation; Department of Health and Human Services; Public Health; Family Planning. In addition to any other sums appropriated, $1,235,532 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 is hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services, division of public health, accounting unit 05-95-90-902010-5530, class 103, for the purpose of funding family planning contracts for which federal funds are not anticipated to be available.
