Floor Amendment to HB 186
Amend the bill by replacing section 2 with the following:
2 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 9-A:5, relative to the commission on rural affairs.
II. RSA 238:20, relative to the scenic and cultural byways council.
Amend Section 30 of the bill by replacing paragraph I with the following:
I. Section 2 of this act shall take effect upon its passage.
