STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

 

AN ACT adding display of a firearm as an exception to reckless conduct.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Reckless Conduct; Exception for Display of a Firearm.  Amend RSA 631:3 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:

V.  Displaying a firearm shall not constitute reckless conduct under this section.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
