Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend RSA 329 as inserted by section 39 of the bill by inserting after RSA 329:50 the following new section:
329:51 Application. Except as otherwise provided in RSA 329:43 through RSA 329:50, an individual's right to terminate a pregnancy shall not be abridged by state law.
