Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by inserting after section 460 the following and renumbering the original section 461 to read as 462:
461 Department of Health and Human Services; Appropriation. The sum of $600,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 and the sum of $600,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023 are hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services, account 05-95-90-902010-7047, for the purpose of funding community collaboration and parental assistance programs. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
