Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by inserting after section 372 the following:
373 Revenue Estimates Increased; General; Education Trust Fund; Business Taxes. The estimate of unrestricted revenue contained in HB 1-A of the 2021 regular legislative session for the general fund and education trust fund, from business taxes, shall be increased by $12,300,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, and by $33,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023. Said increases shall be allocated proportionally between the business profits tax and business enterprise tax revenue estimates, and the general fund and education trust fund.
