Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by deleting sections 291-301, relative to historic racing.
Amend the bill by inserting after section 372 the following section:
373 Revenue Estimates Decreased; Education Trust Fund; Transfer from Lottery. The estimate of unrestricted revenue for the education trust fund, transfer from lottery, in HB 1-A of the 2021 regular legislative session is hereby decreased by $6,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 and by $12,000,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.
