Amend the bill by deleting sections 71-75, relative to FRM.
AMENDED ANALYSIS
Delete paragraph 36. Transfers funds from the investors education fund and the department of justice consumer protection escrow account to the FRM victims recovery fund and removes the prospective repeal of the fund.
