75:1 New Section; State Spider. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 30 the following new section:
3:31 State Spider. The daring jumping spider (Phidippus audax) is hereby designated as the official state spider of New Hampshire.
75:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
