Amendment to HB 384-FN
Amend RSA 570-A:2-b, II(a) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
II(a) No mobile application developer or a telecommunications carrier shall share a customer's location data, other than to fulfill an explicit request from such customer, unless the customer has affirmatively waived such right after being properly informed. For purposes of this section, continuing to use a service or website shall not be considered an affirmative waiver.
