AN ACT prohibiting certain political contributions.

This bill prohibits political committees from contributing $10,000 or more to any other political committee during any election cycle.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

 

AN ACT prohibiting certain political contributions.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Political Expenditures and Contributions; Prohibited Political Contributions.  Amend RSA 664:4 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:

VI.  By any political committee, if made to another political committee and if $10,000 or more in value.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2022.
