STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

 

AN ACT relative to food safety training for child care centers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Child Day Care Licensing; Food Safety.  Amend RSA 170-E by inserting after section 23 the following new section:

170-E:23-a  Food Safety. Any person employed by and serving food at a licensed child day care shall pass a food safety class meeting the standards of the Conference for Food Protection.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2021.
