Floor Amendment to SB 134-FN
Amend RSA 631:3-a, IV, as inserted by Part I, section 1 of the bill, by inserting after subparagraph (d) the following new subparagraphs:
(e) An individual authorized by the owner of the motor vehicle, aircraft, vessel, window, or structure.
(f) An individual authorized by the person, or the parent or guardian of the person.
Amend RSA 631:3-a, as inserted by Part I, section 1 of the bill, by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. This section shall not apply to a structure owned by the state of New Hampshire, or any political subdivision thereof, including but not limited to a county, city, town, precinct, water district, school district, school administrative unit, or quasi-public entity, or the United States government, provided it does not interfere with its safe use.
