STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty One

 

AN ACT relative to the degree granting authority of Signum university.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Signum University; Authority to Grant Degrees.  Signum University is hereby authorized to confer degrees upon its graduates, subject to the authority of the higher education commission under RSA 21-N:8-a.  The degrees shall be specified by the higher education commission as provided in RSA 292:8-h, III.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
