Floor Amendment to SB 60-FN
Amend RSA 265-A:46, V(a) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(a) "Marijuana" shall have the same meaning as "cannabis-type drug" defined in RSA 318-B:1, IV.
