Floor Amendment to SB 91
Amend section 1, Sponsorship, by replacing Part II with the following:
Part II: relative to hydroelectric generators that share equipment for purposes of interconnection to the electric grid.
Amend Part II of the bill by deleting section 2 and renumbering the original section 3 to read as 2.

AMENDED ANALYSIS
This bill adopts legislation relative to:
I. The installation, interconnection, and use of energy storage systems by customers of utilities.
II. Hydroelectric generators that share equipment for purposes of interconnection to the electric grid.
III. Group host credits for net energy metering.
IV. Establishing a commission to study limited electrical energy producers.
