Floor Amendment to HB 1022

 

Amend RSA 318:47-n as inserted by section 1 of the bill by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:

 

II-a. Any person who receives Ivermectin through a standing order shall sign an informed consent stating that: (i) there is no proven benefit to treating Covid-19 with Ivermectin; (ii) using Ivermectin to treat Covid-19 could lead to a harmful delay in accessing effective treatments; and (iii) Ivermectin may present risks to a developing fetus, including during the period before a woman knows that she is pregnant.
