STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
343:1 Town of Londonderry; Robert J. Prowse Bridge Named. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the new Ash Street Bridge over Interstate 93, which is bridge number 140/119 in the town of Londonderry, is hereby named the Robert J. Prowse Bridge.
343:2 City of Portsmouth; Staff Sergeant Jesse E. Sherrill Bridge Named. Pursuant to RSA 4:43, the Shelburne Road Bridge over Interstate 95, which is bridge number 17 in the city of Portsmouth, is hereby named the Staff Sergeant Jesse E. Sherrill Bridge.
343:3 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under sections 1 and 2 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
343:4 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
