Amendment to HB 1130-FN
Amend RSA 155:82, III as inserted by section 3 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
III. The employee toilet facility is not located in an area where providing access would create a health or safety risk to the customer, and providing access to the toilet facility would not pose a risk to an employee.
Amend RSA 155 as inserted by section 3 of the bill by deleting RSA 155:83.
