Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1186
This enrolled bill amendment inserts a renumbering contingency to avoid duplicate numbering.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1186
Amend the bill by inserting after section 1 the following new section and renumbering the original section 2 to read as 3:
2 Contingency; HB1022. If HB 1022 of the 2022 regular legislative session becomes law, then RSA 126-A:98 as inserted by section 1 of this act shall be renumbered as RSA 126-A:99.
