STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

 

AN ACT prohibiting a school district from mandating a COVID-19 vaccination for school attendance.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Schools; Prohibition on Mandating COVID-19 Vaccination.  Amend RSA 189 by inserting after section 8 the following new section:

189:8-a  Prohibition on Mandating COVID-19 Vaccination.  No school district shall mandate that students have a COVID-19 vaccination in order to attend school.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
