STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two

 

AN ACT relative to the terms for certain officers of the department of administrative services.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Department of Administrative Services; Commissioner; Directors; Term Limits Established.  Amend RSA 21-I:2, II to read as follows:

II.  The commissioner shall nominate for appointment by the governor, with the consent of the council, each unclassified division director, the assistant commissioner, and the deputy commissioner, each of whom shall serve a term of 4 years.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
