STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty Two
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Marine Patrol; Report to General Court. Amend RSA 270 by inserting after section 12-e the following new section:
270:12-f Marine Patrol; Report to General Court. The director of the state police, in consultation with the bureau of marine patrol, shall submit a report to the house committee overseeing resources, recreation and development and the senate committee overseeing environment and natural resources about new developments in electric or gasoline recreational watercraft with recommendations for rulemaking or new legislation by November 1, 2022 and annually thereafter.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
