Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1503-FN
The Committee on Enrolled Bills to which was referred HB 1503-FN
AN ACT adopting the Uniform Commercial Code relative to controllable electronic records, relative to exempting the developer, seller, or facilitator of the exchange of an open blockchain token from certain securities laws and establishing state procurement policies intended to promote the use of American materials.
Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1503-FN
This enrolled bill amendment makes technical corrections to the bill.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1503-FN
Amend section 66 of the bill by replacing line 3 with the following:
382-A:9-314A Perfection by Possession and Control of Chattel Paper.
Amend section 79 of the bill by deleting line 3.
Amend section 81 of the bill by replacing lines 1-3 with the following:
81 New Articles; Uniform Commercial Code; Article 12 and 13; Controllable Electronic Records; Transition Provisions. Amend RSA 382-A by inserting after Article 9 the following new Articles:
