Floor Amendment to HB 1598-FN
Amend RSA 318-F:1, XVI as inserted by section 5 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
XVI. “Possession limit” means:
(a) Four ounces of cannabis in plant form.
(b) Ten grams of concentrated cannabis, including hashish.
(c) Cannabis-infused products that are comprised of marijuana, marijuana extracts, or resins and other ingredients, and are intended for use or consumption such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures, which were obtained from a state where marijuana sales to adults are legal and regulated under state law, and which are in the original, child-resistant, labeled packaging when being stored, and which contains a total of no more than 300 milligrams of tetrahydrocannabinol.
This paragraph shall not apply to the possession limits set forth in RSA 126-X:2.
