AN ACT establishing the law enforcement conduct review committee in the New Hampshire police standards and training council and making an appropriation therefor.

 

 

Having considered the same, report the same with the following amendment, and the recommendation that the bill as amended ought to pass.

Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1682-FN-A

 

This enrolled bill amendment makes grammatical corrections to the bill.

 

 

Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 1682-FN-A

 

 

Amend RSA 106-L:2, IV(c) as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(b)  Certified or certifiable by the police standards and training council; and

 

Amend RSA 106-L:2, IV(c)(2) and (3) as inserted by section 2 of the bill by replacing them with the following:

 

(2)  Is a certified or certifiable state corrections officer, or

(3)  Is a certified or certifiable state probation-parole officer.

 

Amend RSA 106-L:17, II as inserted by section 10 of the bill by replacing line 2 with the following:
