Floor Amendment to SB 330-FN

 

Amend paragraph II(a) of section 2 of the bill by replacing it with the following:

 

(a)  Five members of the house of representatives, 2 of whom shall be from the executive departments and administration committee, 2 of whom shall be from the ways and means committee, and one of whom shall be from the health, human services and elderly affairs committee, appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.
