Amendment to SB 339
Amend RSA 91-A:2, III(b)(3)-(4) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing them with the following:
(3) The emergency medical services medical control board of the department of safety as established in RSA 153-A:5;
(4) The trauma medical review committee of the department of safety as established in RSA 153-A:8; and
(5) The New Hampshire rare disease advisory council of the department of health and human services as established in RSA 126-A:79.
Amend the introductory paragraph for RSA 91-A:2, III(c) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(c) The boards and commissions exempt in subparagraph (b) shall publish the minutes of their meetings on the applicable department website and also shall:
Amend RSA 91-A:2, III(c)(4) as inserted by section 1 of the bill by replacing it with the following:
(4) Provide a physical location for the meeting, where members who can attend in person will attend in person, while virtual access shall be provided to those who are unable to travel, as well as the public, and where a minimum of one quarter of a board or commission membership shall be required to be at the physical location; and
