Floor Amendment to SB 340-FN
Amend the bill by replacing section 2 with the following:
2 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 178:27, III-IV, relative to direct shipments of alcohol into New Hampshire.
II. RSA 178:27-b, IV(a)(2), relative to the names and addresses of purchasers of shipped alcoholic beverages.
