Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by deleting sections 408, 412, 413, and 415.
Amend the bill by replacing section 417 with the following:
I. Sections 409, 414, and 416 of this act shall take effect December 31, 2023.
II. Sections 410 and 411 of this act shall take effect only if the repeal of the New Hampshire granite advantage health care program by 2018, 342:24, III is repealed or extended to be authorized through the biennium ending June 30, 2025.

128. Revises certain transfers from the alcohol abuse prevention and treatment fund used for the New Hampshire granite advantage health care trust fund contingent upon extension of the program through the biennium ending June 30, 2025.
