Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by replacing sections 10-11 with the following:
10 University System of New Hampshire; Appropriation. In addition to funds otherwise appropriated, there is hereby appropriated to the university system of New Hampshire the sum of $3,000,000 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, and $3,000,000 in the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The funds shall be appropriated to accounting unit 06-50-50-506010-1855, and shall be used to reduce in-state tuition rates at the University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State University, and Keene State College. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
