Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend the bill by replacing paragraph I of section 218 with the following:
I. The following unclassified positions are established in the department of health and human services:
(a) Twenty-two staff attorney positions.
(b) Four supervisory staff attorney positions.
(c) Three supervising attorney positions.
