Floor Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL

 

Amend the bill by replacing section 343 with the following:

 

343  Effective Date.  

I.  Sections 266-300 and 302-341 of this act shall take effect September 1, 2023.

II.  Section 301 of this act shall take effect July 1, 2024.
