Explanation to Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
This enrolled bill amendment makes technical and grammatical corrections to the bill and inserts a contingency.
Enrolled Bill Amendment to HB 2-FN-A-LOCAL
Amend RSA 12-P:4, III-a, as inserted by section 125 of the bill, by replacing line 3 with the following:
such powers as the commissioner may authorize.
Amend section 138 of the bill by replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
138 Education Trust Fund Created and Invested. RSA 198:39 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
